TERRENCE DRISDOM
Program Director & Head Coach, Drisdom Skills Academy
Terrence Drisdom, a native of Los Angeles, California, is the Program Director and Head Coach of Drisdom Skills Academy, where he is committed to developing elite-level athletes and empowering them to become leaders on and off the court. With a decade of professional experience and a decorated collegiate career, Drisdom brings a global perspective, proven excellence, and a passion for culture-building to Utah basketball.
A standout at Cal Poly Pomona (2010–2015), Drisdom established himself as one of the premier players in NCAA Division II. He was a two-time NCAA Division II All-American and was named CCAA Conference Player of the Year. He finished his collegiate career ranked top 10 all-time in school history in points, blocks, and steals, cementing his legacy as one of the most complete players in program history.
Following college, Drisdom built a 10-year professional career competing at high levels both domestically and internationally. After showcasing his talent in the NBA Summer League with the Orlando Magic, Drisdom was drafted to the NBA G League where he played with the Santa Cruz Warriors, Memphis Hustle, and Delaware Blue Coats. Internationally, he competed in the Japanese B. League with the Hiroshima Dragonflies and in Mexico’s top professional leagues — LNBP and CIBACOPA — with Huracanes de Tampico and Rayos de Hermosillo, winning two professional championships with Hermosillo.
Through DSA, Drisdom is building more than basketball players — he is building youth of character, discipline, and leadership. His vision is to cultivate high-level athletes who compete with skill, intelligence and passion, while making a positive impact in their communities. He is dedicated to bringing a distinct identity to Utah basketball — one rooted in toughness, competitive excellence, and a pure love for the game.
For Drisdom, basketball is more than a sport — it is a vehicle for growth, purpose, and legacy.
